Traditional Foods

  • Pozole – is a traditional soup or stew from Mexican cuisine. It is made from hominy with meat (chicken or pork), and can be seasoned and garnished with shredded lettuce or cabbage, chilli peppers, onion, garlic, radishes, avocado, salsa or limes.
  • Tamales - Corn tamale stuffed with either chicken and homemade green salsa or pork and homemade red salsa.
  • Tostada - Corn fried tortilla topped with shredded marinated chicken, with fresh cheese, sour cream, lettuce, tomato and onion.
